Rad is a cultural strategist, mediator, advisor and next world builder with a specialty in community connection and education. They have created long and short term projects, partnerships and initiatives with community groups, arts institutions, educational institutions and arts organizations. They develop new frameworks based in equitable models of collaboration and train people to shift from a hierarchical working structure into a horizontal structure of creation. They create educational and mentorship opportunities for T2GNC youth at cultural institutions. They are a bridge between grassroots groups and institutions seeking to transform and redistribute their power and resources. They lead creative workshops and ideation processes that center and uplift marginalized voices.

They currently serve as the Director of Engagement and Impact at NY Stage & Film. They are the Community Connector with You Are Here. They are on the Abundance 4 Accountability council at Theatre Communications Group. They serve on the Bridge Ensemble as part of the NET Next Initiative with Network of Ensemble Theatres. They sit as secretary on the board of Superhero Clubhouse.
